Reservation Policies

  1. There is no minimum stay requirement.
  2. Weekends (Friday & Saturday) in July and August a deposit is required to secure all reservations. If only one night’s stay (either Friday or Saturday) full payment is required. If more than one night is reserved then a deposit of one night’s stay at the weekend rate will be required with balance being paid at check in. All other reservations may be held with your major credit card.
  3. CANCELLATION POLICY: Summer (July & August) weekends (Friday & Saturday) reservations must be canceled 14 days prior to arrival date. If cancelled prior to 14 days, a full refund of your deposit will be issued. All other reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival. ANY RESERVATION NOT CANCELED WITHIN THE CANCELLATION PERIOD, WILL BE CHARGED FOR 1 NIGHTS LODGING PLUS TAX!

Check-in time is 3:00PM.
Check-out time is 11:00AM.
Check-out time may be extended for a fee, based on room availability.

General Policies

  1. Small pets are allowed at the Pilgrim Inn, for an additional charge and based on availability. Advanced reservations must be made.
  2. The outdoor swimming pool is open in season, from 8:00AM to 9:00PM, or dark — whichever is earlier. There is NO lifeguard on duty, and swimming is at your own risk. All children must be accompanied by their parents or guardians.
  3. Rollaway beds and cribs are $10.00 each. Extra persons and children over 12 years old are an additional $10.00 charge. Children under 12 are free!
